These Terms govern your access to and use of Aurea Cloud.

Accounts & Organizations

You’re responsible for your account, users you invite, and content within your organization (company/tenant).

Acceptable Use

• No illegal, harmful, or infringing activity.
• No abuse, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access.
• Respect resource limits and fair use.

Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled.
• Fees are non-refundable once the billing period starts, unless required by law.
• You’re responsible for taxes and valid payment details.

Customer Content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Aurea Cloud a limited license to host and process it to provide the service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Aurea Cloud will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages; total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate for breach, security risk, or legal requirements.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law at our place of establishment, without regard to conflict of laws.
